Terms of Service — Celiuz AI

These Terms are provided in English. A Bahasa Indonesia version can be made available on request; in case of conflict, the English version governs.

These Terms govern your use of Celiuz AI ("the Service"), operated by an individual developer based in the Republic of Indonesia ("we", "us"), at app.celiuz.my.id. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Celiuz AI is an AI coding-agent platform offering: multi-model AI chat (GLM, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, and MiniMax models served via Fireworks AI); GitHub integration through a per-repository GitHub App, under which the agent — acting as a bot — can read and write code, create branches, and open pull requests; live sandboxed code execution (Daytona); semantic codebase indexing; cross-chat memory; web search (Tavily); and library documentation lookup (Context7). The Service is actively developed and individual features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate registration information. You may sign up with email/password or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to create, store, or distribute malware, exploits, or other code intended to cause harm;
  • use the agent's write access to commit code to repositories you do not own or are not authorized to administer;
  • install the GitHub App on repositories you lack authority over;
  • probe, attack, or disrupt the Service, bypass credit limits or authentication, or attempt to extract other users' data;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or resell access without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Repositories and Agent Actions

You choose which repositories to connect, per-repo. The agent acts on your instructions and under your GitHub App installation. You are solely responsible for reviewing every branch, commit, and pull request the agent produces before merging or deploying it. Treat agent output as you would a pull request from an unvetted junior contributor. We are not liable for damage caused by agent-generated code you merge or run — including bugs, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or license conflicts.

5. Credits and Billing

  • Free tier: 50 credits per day. Pro: 3,000 credits per 24 hours. Credits reset daily and do not roll over.
  • Credit consumption is recorded atomically by our spend_credits system; the balance shown in the app is authoritative.
  • Pro trials are granted manually: request via WhatsApp, subject to admin approval. We may grant, decline, or revoke trial access at our discretion.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused credits.
  • Pricing and credit rules may change; we will give reasonable advance notice, and changes apply only going forward.

6. AI-Generated Content

All AI output — code, explanations, commands — is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, functionality, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated code may be incorrect, insecure, or similar to existing third-party code. You must review, test, and scan all output before use, and you are responsible for ensuring its license compatibility with your project.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of your code, repositories, and prompts. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the Service (including transmitting them to the model and tool providers listed in our Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of output generated specifically for you. We own the platform itself — its interface, branding, and agent orchestration — and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third parties — GitHub, Fireworks AI, Supabase, Daytona, Jina AI, Tavily, and Context7. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of your data, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or changes to their APIs, models, or pricing.

9. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We offer no SLA or uptime guarantee. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, including for maintenance, at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50 if you have paid nothing.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by deliberation (musyawarah); failing that, they fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Indonesian courts at the operator's domicile.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
